Do Holy Manipulation apply only to divine begins (or characters with divine power) from monotheistic religions (God, Priests and Angels), or it can be apply to entities from Polytheistic Religions (deities, demigods and mythical creatures like the minotaur/jötnar/griffin)?

Don't bump so often, only every ~8 hours or so.

And Holy Manipulation can vary from verse to verse, so basically if your verse says that it's holy from polytheistic religions, then it's holy.

So a verse with gods/demigods/mythical creatures that have show to manipulate and/or generate energies of seemingly divine origin, it would count as Holy Manipulation?

Like characters like Shinobu Sensui (who can manipulate supposed sacred/holy energy), Kratos (where most of his weapons seen to emit some form of energy when used, likely divine origin. Similar in the case of other gods and mythical creatures) or Thor (with the Godblast, where he use his own godlike energy to generate a massive energy blast) can be considered Holy users?

I am not sure. It probably has to be treated in a reasonably reverent holy manner. To have purifying properties against demonic entities and the like for example.

Well, I'm not that familiar with any of those three verses that you listed. But from a glance, probably not.

It still needs to have some, more or less, generic holy properties. Kind of like the ancient falmer and their magic in TES (if you've played Skyrim).

Isn't that a little too restrictive?

Wouldn't be enough just prove that a character can generate/control energy of divine origin?

Isn't magic in TES more like reality warping thought willpower? It doesn't have any divine origin so there is no reason to label all magic as Holy Manipulation (with the exception of some specific type of magic).

Well first of all magic in TES comes from this guy. And secondly I was referring to the ancient Falmer, who use "the light of Auri-El" as magic, similarly to Templars (ESO class).
