Pokemon Upgrade: Necrozma and High 3-A

From what his responses earlier said, he said it was fine after we gave him a summary of the reasons for the upgrade.

That said, we'll have to wait on him regardless since Necrozma's page is locked and im not editing any of the Gen 7 legendaries pages until then.

Necrozma, the Light Trio, the Tapu, the Ultra Beast's, Melmetal, Sivally, Zeraora, Ash and Pikachu's Z-move, Beware (Anime) and the Aura Trio (Yveltal, Xerneas and Zygarde in his 50% and Perfect forms) are the only ones who get a "Likely" from the upgrades.

Everyone else not from this list, that does scale, gets "Possibly".
 
Regular Genesect remains 5-B for scaling to base mewtwo correct? It's only Shiny Genesect that gets the upgrade for fighting Mega Mewtwo.

i dont think tier 4-A is neccessary. We use the biggest feat for shadow mewtwo and he scales directly above normal mega mewtwo
 
Add Mega Diancie to that for directly fighting and keeping up with Yveltal.
 
Well, I'm done with the Gen 6 legendaries and Ash's Pikachu. Who else is doing what?
 
Does Victini get the speed upgrades? Their profile currently doesn't scale them to Zekrom/Reshiram since Victini's tier scaling comes from disabling a group of pillars that Zek/Resh had to disable one by one, and not from actually fighting them in combat.
 
I vote for the upgrade, of course. I read through the summary already, it's already good standing evidence for me. I guess the upgrade revisions are already in effect right now, though. How much has been done so far with those?
 
Kyurem, Zekrom, Reshiram, Victini, Keldo, and Genesect have all been updated. I left the Swords of Justice and the Nature Trio alone because I'm not sure how they're supposed to scale to this.

Hmm. Thats a good point there. Better be safe than sorry and just give Victini the tier upgrade if he doesn't scale to either of them in speed.

Not unless there's something else that can prove Victini scales to them in speed.

Nature Trio scales to Swords of Justice in their Therian forms only. They’d be “At least Low 6-B, likely 3-C to High 3-A” I think
 
the SoJ's nullified attacks from Kyurem but they kinda got oneshotted and stomped by its ice. Hell they even got perma frozen by regular genesect's technoblast that required a fire technoblast to thaw them out. I'm not sure if they should scale.
 
Why did Keldeo try to fight kyurem. My memory might be bad but I recall it being called a test also kyurem should be able to summon that snowflake pokemon.
 
The swords of justice did tank hits from kyurem and dialga and are comparable in power to zekrom and reshiram iirc. I think the manga has them fighting them

Yeah it was that. Before getting his Resolute Forme and Sacred Sword, Keldeo was a SoJ in training and in order for him to become a true one, he had to battle Kyurem to pass the test. So at the very least, the actual swords shouldn’t be any weaker than Resolute Keldeo

Also just to point out after rechecking, Kyurem had to go into his White form and use his signature move to freeze them.

And I’d arguably say the only reason they were frozen was because they didn’t want want to fight Kyurem. They were trying to stop Keldeo from battling him in their first battle since Keldeo wasn’t strong enough yet to have that battle.

Should Base Rayquaza have "MFTL +, possibly Infinite"? Since it fought evenly with Deoxys several times and also the Primal versions of Groudon and Kyogre should likely get this speed too, since they can keep up with Base Rayquaza despite being weaker

Every MFTL+ mon should be upgraded to such.
 
I realised victini still has rela+, likely higher via powerscaling. Should it have MFTL+ likely infinite instead? Or stay the same since we don't know its speed but it uses probability hax as a form of speed

Just to respond to this, Base Ray getting the speed is fine, but no to the primal duo. They aren't currently scaled to Base Ray in speed, so we should leave them alone based off of that.
 
By the way, does anyone know why Necrozma's range is only Planetary - Interplanetary?

Unless im missing something, his light covering all of Ultra Space by itself should give it Universal range at the bare minimum. If not Multiversal for reaching other worlds.

EDIT: I'll be leaving the range alone for now.

aight why was the mirage mewtwo match removed from mewtwo's profile? It was both in base and mewtwo won. Also according to cal the samus aran match is outtdated and should have been removed a long time ago (win was because of freezing which mewtwo now resists)

Speed wasnt equalized in that match. Mirage mewtwo is only rela. Canon Mewtwo blitzes hard.
