I'll just come forth with the announcement: The tournament is declared as dead via inactivity and people leaving. However, we could always try again on a later date, we didn't lose or gain anything from having the tournament die early.

As said, I'm consdering the possibility of starting up another tournament on a later date, even if I am the host.

But for now, I want to run a non-judgemental debrief of everyone involved since chances are, everyone has a different reason for not continuing... Were there any points or parts to the tournament that drained your interest or enthusiasm, whether or not you ended up ceasing? Or did you leave purely for external reasons such as school, work, other hobbies, etc? I will admit that it's possible that only three people lost interest in the entire group, but I am not looking to point blame at anyone.

I'll start, to also set an example.

While I did not lose interest in the tournament, I think the rules could've been clarified and all put into an organised pastebin instead of being scattered throughout the comments section, possibly coupled with a rough overview of how (some) moves work outsite of game mechanics, as well as some general RP-battle rules. This is then followed by the ban-list.

With information like this, hopefully the next tournament can do better.

Eh, even if your match doesn't start, you can still find something annoying about the tournament.

But fair point. I don't intend to single anyone out on either side though, so if you have any input, shoot.

Otherwise, I'll see what everyone else says.

In general, I think people weren't on the same page when it came to pokemon stats. Like 2 stage increases doubling stats when they don't do that here, for example.
