Just making sure if there are any rules or regulations for the Pokémon protags. I want to make one for Ethan/Kris/Lyra from GSC/HGSS.
Red, Leaf, and Elio have profiles, however they seem to be a bit contradictory in what can be given to them. Can we give them all three starters, gift Pokémon, and mandatory encounters such as Sudowoodo and Gyarados? Can we give them access to any Pokémon they can catch canonically?
