Pokémon humans are absolutely superhuman

It's common throughout this wiki and other battleboards in general for people to try and disregard new speed feats in the Pokémon verse because "humans can react to it" or some shit like that. Even some supporters of the verse. It's that time I step in to do rants like these.

People, get it in your heads.

This is just a fraction of a franchise that spans thousands of feats exactly like this, and the impressive ones I could find, but Pokémon humans are not and never, ever have been portrayed as normal humans. In literally every single episode out there you'll be able to find feats that clearly suggest humans have reaction speed, combat speed and durability and strength comparable to that of most Pokémon, with lots of anti-feats being dub-based and scarce in comparison to feats.

And really, why they shouldn't have it? In the lore, Pokémon and human are literally descended the same spirit and fortitude. How do you think humans could have survived if they were too weak to be ableto compete before domestication was a thing?

Heck - the writers pretty much go out of their way to portray humans as fast and strong. Time literally freezes when they are giving commands.

Yeah, Pokémon humans are absurd...

I don't know what feats are shown in the download stuff, but other stuff would include...

Reeling in incredibly heavy Pokemon, such as Lapras (around 485.0 lbs/220.0 kg), Mantine (around 485.0 lbs/220.0 kg), Gyarados (around 518.1 lbs/235.0 kg), or Wailord (around 877.4 lbs/398.0 kg) Holding onto Rayquaza during atmosphere exit or Solgaleo/Lunala during Wormhole travel

Surviving an explosion that destroyed a large office room

Dropping into boiling hot water

Tanking hyper beams

Getting launched face-first into a wall by a canno

Sitting on Zebstrika's back during Wild Charge

Surviving a city-block sized explosio and surviving getting frozen solid for some time by the Plasma Frigate

The negative side effects of touching certain Pokémon

Standing directly in front of Ultra Necrozma, who can unleash heat up to 10,000 degrees (unknown how hot he was at the time), or riding on Mega Rayquaza as it destroyed that meteor with Dragon Ascent

Side-stepping Attack Form Deoxys

Trainers can apparently slide back a good distance without any kind of kickoff (Origins episode 1, when Red and Blue start their first fight)

Oh, and we can't forget the fact that Trainers can carry an ungodly amount of gear, even in handbags.
