Po vs Garchomp

I think Garchomp takes this because Garchomp is able to Fly at 3,800 mph (so higher speed) and has higher Attack Potency (he's Multi-City Block while Po is only City Block) and potentially higher Durability (potentially Multi-City Block compared to Po being only City Block), but Po is a master of Kung Fu so it's not necessarily a stomp. What do you guys think?
