Alright, well I can say that they're relatively even in AP.
Banjo scales to Gruntilda who accidently destroyed the Hag-1 with a single spell when weakened, the Hag-1 causing a mag 5 earthquake (477 tons). Granted, it was one of her stronger spells. Grenade eggs and kazooie's fire breath lets them hit a lot harder too.
Po greatly upscales from his hero's chi self who two-shot Ke-Pa while weakened (Ke-Pa being 325 tons).

Alright, so:
Po's resurrection means that B&K have to either freeze him (they can do this with or without vehicles), knock him out or drain him of his chi so he can't resurrect (latter is very hard to do).
Banjo can get out of Po's sealing with jiggy magic like he did to Grunty.
B&K's regen + healing means that Po's viable wincons are to either deconstruct the bear and bird (very OOC) or skadoosh them (invulnerability and the fact they'll be in auto-repairing vehicles with energy shields makes this very hard).
Banjo cannot restrain with the magic wrench given Po's flight and far superior lifting strength.
Po is definitely more skilled here, and likely has the advantage in power and range by a bit too, but I feel it's more likely that Po will be frozen/knocked out before he gets the chance to win. Between B&K's regen, healing, energy shields and vehicle summoning they have too many layers of defence for Po to get through in time, though it'll definitely be a hard fought match. B&K, after a long fight.

Also, I have ANOTHER idea with the bird and bear! Their skin, furry and feathered, a certain sponge might wear!
