I think Wario stomps with his regen and being able to survive everything the duo has

His ammo is resisted as Wario resist heat and ice

His matter manipulation is to create vehicles so useless

And Wario should have a bit of a experience advantage considering he has more games, he prefers to brawl but if the enemy needs to be haxxed, he is gonna do it as seen when he use his powers to target weakpoints of the bosses

He can still be incaped by being knocked out or restrained.

His matter manipulation is to create vehicles so useless

B&K vehicles have a lot of uses. B&K can just constantly create and repair vehicles so they never have to fight Wario themselves.
