Not really sure about how this should be rated. Ultimate Kriemhild Gretchen is stated to have the power to end a universe, which would be either 3-A or Low 2-C.

It's also stated to be equal to the creation of a new universe.

It's also implied to be equal to Madoka's wish which is 2-A (the power of a witch being equal/stronger to that of the Puella Magi that created it is actually a normal thing, but Goddess Madoka isn't a regular Puella Magi so I don't know)

Err yes and no.

The power to destroy the universe comes from sheer amount of emotional energy (despair), which comes from Magical Girls / people, not Ult. Kremhild herself.

That said, Ult. Kremhild was incomplete, hence the 5-B rating. But seeing how Bill Cipher and Fusion Zamasu have their complete forms listed, I think it should for Ult. Kremhild (Who by the way should scale off of Ult Madoka, as Ult Kremhild is not the witch form of normal Madoka)

Something like this:

Attack Potency: At least 5-B, (Was bigger than the Earth as her arms were able to enwrap the entire planet and even then, she was continuing to grow larger), would eventually become At least 2-A. (Had Ult. Madoka not killed her before she was complete, she would eventually have become a complete witch version of Ult. Madoka, who should be far superior to Ult. Madoka)

Speed: At least Sub-Relativistic+ (Traveled to the Earth from space in a short period of time in her comet form, after growing significantly she could wrap her arms around the earth in a couple of seconds), would eventually become At least Nigh-Omnipresent, (Should be at least equal to Ult. Madoka in speed, but is likely far greater.)

Also not completely sure about scaling her speed from Madoka. Madoka is omnipresent by virtue of being a concept, Ult. Kriemhild would still be a corporeal entity (likely)

Despair can accelerate the corruption of the soul gem, but other than that, I don't think so, as that would make Madoka's witch in the third timeline pretty weak (She didn't even feel despair, it was her lack of control over her own power that made soul gem corrupted.)

Hasn't Kyubey said something along the lines "hope equal despair and that is the energy we gather" when Sayaka transformed?

Also when was it stated that Ult. Kriemhild Gretchen was incomplete?

Idk, Kyubey wasn't even there when Sayaka transformed.

i believe it was from the runes or the witch cards, mentioning that when complete she could destroy the galaxy by sheer size, not to mention that witch > magical girl.

BTW, you probably have a point on the speed part from the earlier post, is At least Immeasurable, possibly Nigh-Omnipresent, good?

I also think that SomebodyData seems to make sense. However, the Attack Potency ratings should not be written as 5-B and 2-A, and I would prefer an explanation for the immeasurable rating.

@Ant I see, well i was basing the 5-B and 2-A thing off of what Fusion Zamasu's page had for speed. Can i ask why thats allowed but not this? As for the immeasureable part, it would come from being at least comparable to Madoka in speed, but whether or not Kremhild would be nigh omnipresent without it being a conceptual entity like Madoka was unknown, so its a lowball.

Kuybey actually said if so much hope is provided to create a new universe, there is enough despair to destroy it. Last witch name is not Gretchen, it's Ultimate Despair (it was in some guide book) and it should be 2A like Madoka and Homura. It would do the same what Homura did in Rebellion(+ destroying everything) if Madokami didn't kill her in time.
