Currently, the Kraken from the 2010 reboot of Clash of the Titans and Kronos from the sequel Wrath of the Titans are labeled as "possibly Town Level" and "at least Town Level, possibly much higher," respectively. I noticed, though, that Kronos' article says this:
"According to Hephaestus, if Kronos is let loose, he has enough power to scatter the Earth over the universe"
The Clash of the Titans Wiki says that, according to the director of the movie, Kronos helped create the Earth, which could help support Planet Level Kronos.

The intro to the 2010 Clash of the Titans states that the Kraken was created to defeat "[Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades'] parents," which would obviously include Kronos, and that it's so powerful even the gods fear it.
Considering how pivotal the Kraken was to the gods' war effort and the explicit statement that it was created to fight the gods' parents (Kronos being their father), the Kraken would likely scale from Kronos.
Proposal:
Kronos: At least Planet Level (given above information)
Kraken: Likely/Possibly Planet Level (the gods needed its aid to defeat Kronos and the Titans)
On a side note, is there a calculation for Kronos' Class T lifting strength? I'm not sure how making his way from the underworld to the surface warrants Class T strength. If it's valid, it may or may not possibly scale to the Kraken considering the Kraken is purely a melee fighter and would probably need comparable physical strength just to keep up with Kronos.
