The only guy that actually does agree with 4B who is stuff is Starter pack, everyone else either talked about the scaling, or said it was an outlier, (Gyro and a couple others)

Gyro didn't say it was an outlier, he said 4-B Pikachu in general was an outlier. He did say he opposed, but for different reasons (he felt scaling a regular Pokémon to a Legendary would obviously set a bad precedent for trying to do the same with every other Z-Move).
