If Phoenix can exorcise people's own souls out, yeah probably. How long it takes is highly relevant though, given Thunder is quote unquote bloodlusted and would be trying to kill himself

Notes that need to be taken in consideration

1.-Dahlia did not want to go to the atftelife since she felt she would suffer the humilliation of losing to Mia forever

2.-Mia was not with phoenix on that moment on the games, thee most canonical source.

3.-Mia did not say anything as she pointed, only Wright did.

4.-Dahlia's soul only left Maya's body after he commanded her to.


And phoenix can at least feel ghosts, as seen in the very end of the final episode. Well, from what ive seen.

On last thing to note also is Her dialogue Confirmed that it wasn't her. As she kept saying she wasn't ready. Implying it wasn't her.

Phoenix should get it through hacks and intelligence.
