A thread to celebrate further OPM downgrades, and to celebrate the fact that this can actually be done. This is first resurrection Phoenix Man (>>> 2.28 Megatons) and Quote (3.17 Megatons). Naturally, Phoenix Man can access his second resurrection form if he resurrects.

Fight takes place on the Balcony (fyi on the top of the Floating Island in Cave Story).

The AP difference doesn't seem to be massive enough that it will make a big difference in the long run other than give one side an edge. I'm gonna give this to Phoenix man due to the edge he gains from his ability to resurrect himself trumping the AP edge that quote has. For these reasons, I vote for Phoenix Man
