Rules are simple :
- Kira wins by killing every Phantom Thief with the death note, except for Morgana and the Thieves win by making Light have a change of heart and confess.
-Both are well-known public figures and the police is investigating both cases.
-Phantom Thieves already have all of their members.
- The Phantom Thieves cannot see Ryuk nor any other Shinigami and Kira cannot hear Morgana. (The Phantom's can eventually touch the Death Note and Kira can eventually go to the Metaverse, if the case may be)
- Light does not have shinigami eyes, but can aquire them if needed.
