I'm not too familiar with Percy Jackson, so I'm uncertain. Percy does have elemental manipulation, but not sure if that's going to help too much; Clairvoyance appears to his best ability aside from illusion creation and summoning. Dagran's death manipulation and mind manipulation, force fields, better Regenerationn, and immortality type 3 and 8 seems to give him the edge overall. Not sure how smart Percy is, but Dagran is practically a genius; easily the most manipulative/deceptive character in his universe. I'll lean towards Dagran for now.

I don't see how this is a hax stomp. Percy has all his equipment, and the battle is in the middle of the ocean, so Percy has extra AP

just checking ahead of time, but celestial bronze, I am 72 percen sure ignores even type 8 immortality, right? I will come back with a more serious vote later, but I am curious. If it can, I am kinda leaning to Inconclusive. One is more haxy, the other has more ap and better AOE. And if Percy does somehow get closed without getting instantly killed, then he can probably one shot with Riptide. But that is admitedly speculation.

I don't think so tbh. He ignores durability, but he doesn't negate immortality. And Dagran's immortality is more along the lines of the giant monster is actually just being piloted by the real Dagran inside, and as long as the real Dagran isn't killed, the outer monster will just keep regenerating.

Kinda like that guy with 3 hearts who just kept regenerating in Battle of the Labyrinth(?)
