Seek opens with his Dying Star attack. Seek's fire is 5500° C, which would likely evaporate any water Percy tries to throw at Seek.

Percy has sufficient heat resistance to practically no sell the sun thanks to surviving lightning multiple times without much injury which goes up to 50,000 F. That said, he is an expert swordsman and has an LS and AP advantage, but being so water based is at a disadvantage against Seeks heat manipulation.

Still, I can’t find a way Seek really gets one over on him being physically weaker and practically unable to touch Percy with heat or slime manipulation. I think Percy outlasts Seek and gets in with his sword. Voting Percy
