Now Im looking at his profile, Percy still could avenge them by interesting strategies, or even win coins against Vacteria

With: Limited Air Manipulation, Weather Manipulation, Poison Manipulation (Can manipulate any water-based poison by manipulating the water inside of it), and Water Manipulation, he could generate gigantic AoE storms in all areas around and maybe even add poison to it, against which she doesn't have any resistance. It would kill all Vacteria's summons and as storms could generate inside of her forcefield, it could get her even there. Her senses won't help her dodge if endless storms are around and dispersing them with wet wings will be hard.

Additionally, he could find any close lake in Chicago (or generate one) to hide into and cancel all attacks going at him with his water Poseidon control. Underwater Breathing (Types 2 and 4) (As the son of Poseidon, he can breathe underwater and on land, and manipulate the water around him to create an air pocket) could help him stay like this for eternity while Vacteria will be slowly suffocated by endless storms, given that bees and water don't get along well.

I don’t really feel the need to respond since we are at the point where I can add this match, but I’ll try a small one

I think queen bee big buzz solves most of these problems, since Percy would have a much harder time controlling anything while under those effects, and Vacteria could snipe with energy/spikes/lightning strike combinations when he tries these

He also doesn’t have senses that would allow him to anticipate a Queen bee pink torrent, which would spawn directly beneath him even if he hid underwater as long as he remains in Vacteria’s hundreds of kilometers energy range
