It would kill all Vacteria's summons and as storms could generate inside of her forcefield, it could get her even there. Her senses won't help her dodge if endless storms are around and dispersing them with wet wings will be hard.
Additionally, he could find any close lake in Chicago (or generate one) to hide into and cancel all attacks going at him with his water Poseidon control.
Underwater Breathing (Types 2 and 4) (As the son of Poseidon, he can breathe underwater and on land, and manipulate the water around him to create an air pocket) could help him stay like this for eternity while Vacteria will be slowly suffocated by endless storms, given that bees and water don't get along well.
