This thread uses Percy as of the Blood of Olympus. He does not have the Curse of Achilles. This is avatar state Korra Standard equipment. This battle takes place on neutral ground with enough material to be used in each combatant's elemental manipulation.

Technically, Percy can answer three of the four bending styles she uses (albeit, not without considerable effort), which equalizes the powers playing field. In addition, he has resistance to heat and is extremely resistant to attacks involving water of any kind.

Percy will definitely have trouble closing the distance due to Korra's Earthbending and Airbending, but once he does he can easily beat her with his much better technique in close combat.

She has better mobility and has a bigger variety of ranged attacks. He can't do much if she just stays in the air out of his reach. Percy also tires rather fast when he uses his powers a lot, although he recovers quickly.

I say Korra wins.

Are we assuming Korra counts as a monster/god in this? Because otherwise he can't hurt her with his sword.

Assuming she is, Percy will only be strengthened by water bending, can probably take her fire bending with his heat resistances, and while its not as precise, can probably over power her earth bending with his earthquake powers. As for air bending, well he has gone up against Jason, so lightning bending and air bending wouldn't be that great a help.

Percy 7/10

@Monarch Laciel: That is the standard battle assumption. Besides it's pretty much established in th Son of Sobek that demigod weapons can hurt anything that can properly see through the Mist. (With the exception of certain mortals of course.)
