WHO WINS AND WHY?

Do think Punisher should win this quite handily honestly

If he can close the distance, he can certainly overpower Max without much effort and clearly outmatches him in h2h skill as well. As Frank's stalemated Moon Knight and has wins over Daredevil.

Speed-wise, as helpful as Bullet Time is, Frank has shown enough skill and speed to atleast react and tag speedsters and even Spider-Man on occassions. And even still, he's fought evenly with Daredevil, who can leap and weave around bullets.

Durability wise, Frank is an absolute beast when it comes to damage soaking. He's survived falling off buildings, several gunshots and even getting sliced by Daken several times. He even stood in the epicenter of two grenade blasts and remained standing.

And painkiller can only do so much against several gunshots, not taking into account possible broken bones, ruptured organs or a direct headshot.

All in all, as soon as Frank gets around Bullet Time, he should win 8/10 times.
