Pain (Naruto) vs Alcides (Fate/Strange Fake)

Look, we aren't talking about the general servant Archer Hercules. We are talking about the modified version known as Alchides, who appeared in strange fake. This is more along the lines of Cu Alter in America, a unique version. Alchides is the same way. Thus, he should have From Hell

From Hell isn't his NP, he wasn't summoned with it, it's Jack's NP which Al stole using Reincarnation Pandora. True Archer, under no circumstances, should have it without Jack available and using it so that it can be stolen with RP.

Then Chrollo should not have any of the nen techniques that are not "his" and the quirks that All for One took that are not "his" should be deprived of him as well. We are not using some random version of Archer Hercules, summoned by some random master. We are using the True Archer Alchides, who appeared in Strange Fake and there is not another version of him. Just like the version of Cu Alter that appeared in America, they are their own unique version.

I dunno about Chrollo but AFO was never shown without the Quirks he stole, there is literally no version of him that doesn't have them so he is given them in his keys. CAlter is not the same as what you are arguing Alcides to be. CAlter is Medb's fanfiction version of Cu that got wished into existence, he never took somenone else's NP or anything like that, he just uses his own NP. Whenever Servants are used here, they are treated as if they are summoned right then and there. From Hell isn't available to True Archer when he is summoned because it isn't his, hence why he needs to steal it from Jack.

Unless specified otherwise, when it comes to Servants it's generally assumed that they are as they are immediately after summoning or attaining the state that their respective key refers to. Alcides' abilities on his page don't include him at a point where he possessed From Hell, and the only mention of that NP is just as an example of what Reincarnation Pandora can do.
If the OP says otherwise, then it's fine. If people want Alcides' page to be revised, then make a CRT. But if neither happens, then we assume Alcides doesn't have RP, as anything it steals isn't permanent. That is, Alcides won't retain the ability to use it should he ever be summoned again in a different war without a Jack the Ripper to steal it from.
As for the Lion Pelt, if it is derived from an ability that is inherently natural, then it bypasses the Pelt's rejection. Same thing goes if the ability is derived from a non-human source. The pelt doesn't reject "civilization", it rejects "human civilization".
