Well to get into the topic, Pacheco will always try to fight with a punch (Depending on whether or not he has a weapon), then perform a combo of explosive farts to damage and push away his enemy, just like Spider-Man, he will drop jokes and sarcastic comments during the course of the fight to lower his rival's guard (as he did against Thanos, Pachoco, Pañordo in his ninja duel, etc.), if his enemy has an army he could potentially use his social influence on them which is powerful enough to make a group of killer spiders stop attacking him or a community of murderous carnivals clan turn against their own leader.

Against certain characters he could use potions to get rid of it but he only uses it against the Critic for most of the series or when he knows he can't win directly like when he said he could use potions as an alternative to kill the Warden in episode 101

Yes, basically when he kills you, he sends you to nether along with your physical body similar to Halo from Madness Combat

Things no change much in this key, between he could more frantically attack his enemy, he would basically try to overwhelm him with everything he has, even though the existence erasing fart only did it once, it's still possible for him to replicate it in this case
