Ozpin small revision

According to Gray in the Director's Commentary for Volume 4 while Cinder is fighting Ozpin, Ozpin's cane has time related shenanigans:

• Barbara: "So it's like a cane weapon thingy? Like 'boop boop boop boop boop?'"

• Gray: "Yeah, he's… storing… time. The way the gears work and all… we still don't wanna spell all that out. But… but time is a thing."

We don't know how this would apply to combat so it wouldn't be combat applicable until we do, but Ozpin should have a form of Time Manipulation with his cane.

This indicates it's probably related to another twist later down the line. Whether or not this is reincarnation related or not, we should probably wait and see if they ever gets elaborated on.
