Depens on Prime. EU Vader will beat G1 Prime, Bayverse Prime or even TFP Prime. But Armada/Energon/Cybertron Prime will obliterate him. So Prime.

Since the writers have not ever established an upper limit to what the matrix of leadership can and cannot do, this "theoretically" makes Optimus limitless.

So with the matrix I vote Optimus. (Mind hax resistance and destroyed physical emodiment of Unicron, and in the comics the matrix revived Optimus in a stronger body).

Without it Darth Vader. (Force crush him into a cube).

if his body is destroyed he's dead plus his spark is crushed along with his body there is no hope because the spark is littery the soul of the robot if thats gone there same with the head
