Shouldn't Metal Bat's loss against Godzilla be removed? Or is it not how it works?

The resonance only affects Metal Bat when he is working in conjunction with someone whose powers have a similar nature to his own, like Garou. It is unknown if he can willingly access this by himself.

There’s no real evidence to imply Bad can achieve it on his own, but whatever.
