The profile say transformation when consumed enough blood, so is possible to have enough blood to regen but not transform, maybe would be blood enough for one or two regenerations?

I see there has been a bit of confusion with Mosquito Girl. So to clarify like it says on her profile she can only regen after or while transforming. Since the transformation is restricted she can't regen but she can still use the mosquitos for combat.
