OPM AP Revision Part 3

Yeah, meant that. Although some people would have their speed ugraded.
 
Yeah we should just go with Qawsedf234's scaling for speed. It's kinda annoying having to go through the entire manga and webcomic just to find who scales to who in speed.
 
Also here's basically what I have for the speed. It's pretty similar to Qawsedf234's.

God: Unknown (Hasn't shown any speed feats)

Golden Sperm: At least Massively Hypersonic+ (Couldn't be seen by any of the S-Class heroes including Atomic Samurai when he blized a weakened Tatsumaki)

Overgrown Rover: At least High Hypersonic+ (Fought against Half Monster Garou)

We just finished deciding on what tiers the characters scale to since Genos' city lvl feat is an outlier. Now we only have the speed left which is already decided if I remember correctly. I'm just adding on reasons to the speed stuff.

Considering how much faster they were as Monsters, they shouldn't get a likely MHS+ rating. Just give them the same rating as you gave sonic. High Hypersonic+, possibly MHS+.
 
Well since that's done all we need is mod approval. And everything can be applied.

So i just had a thought, When flash attacked garou, was he refering to him being stronger than him as he was? Because flash didnt have a weapon at the time.
 
Yeah. Flashy, like Sonic, loses a decent amount of his damage output when he lacks a weapon.

The at least large town level works for now. If he gets a really good feat we could get a decent KE value.
 
If Genos does get another City level feat, it would only scale to his current form and those who fight him. Rather than the entire verse like before.

Actually seeing the pics, probably better to wait until we get full body shots of Gums, Ugly, and ENW.
 
Ryu already accepted the majorty of the change (in fact he's the one that started the changes), as has Andytrenom. Ant also said it was fine as long as Ryu is fine with it. We just need his current approval.

I just checked and Pluton has an Island level feat. It was about 15 gigatons.

Like didn't Choze have a Large Town level feat? What happened to that? And Beefcake had a City level feat as well. And I'm pretty sure Vaccine Man had a City level feat. We're just going to ignore all that.

Its not an outlier. A Dragon level threat preformed it. Boros and Awakened Garou are High 6A despite being Dragon level. Issue with him is that no one scales to it besides Saitama.
