OPM AP Revision Part 3

Being serious and actively trying to kill him are two different things. Considering how close to baseline Sonic would be, there's not to much supporting them getting an at least rating.
 
God, Golden Sperm, and Orochi are self explanatory so I'll skip them. Now onto At least High 7-Cs.

At least High 7-C

Overgrown Rover: Fended off Bang, Bomb, Genos, and Fubuki. And was completely unaffected by an combination attack from Bang and Bomb that is even more powerful than the one used against Elder Centipede.

Elder Centipede: Hurt Bang and Bomb and only had his shell damaged by Bang and Bomb's combination attack.

Psychos: Pinned down Bang with telekinesis.

Homeless Emperor: Knocked out Bang.

Black Sperm: Knocked out Bomb.

Gouketsu: Stated by Genos to be stronger than any previous monsters which would include Carnage Kabuto.

Carnage Kabuto (Carnage Mode): Fought Darkshine for 15 minutes before being defeated.

Bomb: Stronger than Bang.

Bang: One shot multiple dragon lvl monsters while weakened.

Superalloy Darkshine: One of the strongest physical fighters sparred against Bang.

Flashy Flash: Garou said he would've lost badly against Flash if he was in his previous state which overpowered Darkshine.

Amai Mask: Stated to be equal to Black Sperm.

Half Monster Garou: Overpowered Superalloy Darkshine.

Evil Natural Water: Took on Atomic Samurai, Child Emperor, and Pig God at the same time and pierced Amai Mask twice.

Metal Knight w/ Prep: According to Psykos he was one of the only 4 heroes capable of taking out Elder Centipede.

Likely At least High 7-C

Gale Wind (Monster Form): Kept up with and drew blood from Flash alongside Hellfire Flame.

Hellfire Flame (Monster Form): Kept up with and drew blood from Flash alongside Gale Wind.

Amped Metal Bat: Was going to one shot Human Garou.

Doing the others right now.
 
High 7-C

Atomic Samurai: Darkshine stated he was one of the few heroes that would've defeated Half Monster Garou before he even showed off his technique. This was prior to Garou breaking his limiter against Darkshine.

Watchdog Man: Casually stomped Human Garou.

Vaccine Man: Uses the same energy ball Choze has and as a dragon lvl threat he should be stronger than Choze.

Groribas: Boros' strongest fighter which would make him superior to Melzalgard and Geryuganshoop.

Geryuganshoop: Comparable to Melzalgard.

Melzalgard: Took on 4 S-Classes at once although he never damaged any of them. Should be comparable to other dragon lvl threats.

Bakuzan: Stated by Gouketsu to be a great success something he didn't say when witnessing Choze's monster form.

Fuhrer Ugly: Fought Amai Mask who froze up at his ugliness. Should be comparable to other dragon lvl threats.

Gums: Stomped Pig God and effortlessly tore off Genos' arm. Should be comparable to other dragon lvl threats.

Carnage Kabuto (Base): Fought Metal Bat.

Dragon lvl threats: Should be stronger than Choze and Royal Ripper.

Beefcake: Performed a High 7-C feat and is a dragon lvl threat.

Royal Ripper: Fought and wounded Human Garou who is now considered to be a dragon lvl threat alongside Bug God.

Bug God: Fought and wounded Human Garou who is now considered to be a dragon lvl threat alongside Royal Ripper.

Suiryu: Defeated Choze.

Choze: Performed a High 7-C feat.

Human Garou: Is now a dragon lvl threat.

At least 7-C Likely/Possibly High 7-C

Post-MA Arc Genos: Stated to be capable of fighting dragon lvl threats now.

Metal Bat (Base): Stated to be capable of defeating dragon lvl monsters.

Metal Knight: Performed a 7-C feat.

G-4 Genos: Performed a 7-C feat.

Post-Training Sonic: Comparable to G-4 Genos.

Tank Top Master: Stated to be comparable to G-4 Genos.

Child Emperor: Effortlessly defeated Phoenix Man a Demon Lvl monster. Currently battling against G-5 who should be comparable if not stronger than G-4.

Pig God: Effortlessly swallows Demon Lvl threats. Should be comparable to Child Emperor.

MA Arc Pri Pri Prisoner: Effortlessly stomped a monster equal to Deep Sea King.

Demonic Fan: Stomped Fubuki and the Blizzard group.

Fubuki: Reflected an attack that would've destroyed G-4 Genos.

Do-S: Fought and harmed Fubuki.

Low 7-C

Post-HoE Genos: Performed a Low 7-C feat.

Beast King: Stronger than Armored Gorilla and Mosquito Girl who were comparable to BoS Genos.

Transformed Mosquito Girl: Stomped BoS Genos.

Pre-Training Sonic: Could've defeated Pre-Rain Deep Sea King if he had a Weapon.

Zombieman: Can defeat Deep Sea King.

Deep Sea King: Can fight Post-HoE Genos in his dried up state.

Grizzly Nyah: Her weaker children can give Genos some trouble.

G-4: Fought Post-HoE Genos.

At least 8-A Possibly Low 7-C

Pre-MA Arc Pri Pri Prisoner: Can somewhat injure Dry Deep Sea King.

Iaian: Capable or defeating demon lvl threats such as Rhino Wrestler and should be somewhat comparable to Pri Pri Prisoner.

BoS Genos: Can fight Demon Lvl threats and should at least be somewhat comparable to his Post-HoE self.

Armored Gorilla: Fought against BoS Genos though he lost. Stronger than Base Mosquito Girl.

Mosquito Girl (Base): Tore off BoS Genos' arm though she would've died if the fight dragged on.

Unknow Likely 8-A Possibly Higher

170,000 Year Magicicada Nymph: Should at the very least be comparable to weak Demon lvl threats such as Base Mosquito Girl.

Surprise Attack Plum: Should at the very least be comparable to weak Demon lvl threats such as Base Mosquito Girl.

Hundred Eye Octopus: Should at the very least be comparable to weak Demon lvl threats such as Base Mosquito Girl.

Scaledon: Should at the very least be comparable to weak Demon lvl threats such as Base Mosquito Girl.

Jumping Spider: Should at the very least be comparable to weak Demon lvl threats such as Base Mosquito Girl.

Well the hero association labeled him as a dragon lvl threat and he fought Base Metal Bat who was stated to be capable of beating dragon lvl monsters.
 
The Association labeling him dragon doesnt really make his feats work, Base metal bat isnt dragon.

Defeating a character who's stronger than you doesnt make you stronger than that character.
 
ONE stated that Metal Bat can defeat a dragon lvl threat. Human Garou not only fought Base Metal Bat who was able to fight Carnage Kabuto for 3 minutes but also Amped Metal Bat who was able to temporarily stop Elder Centipede in its tracks for a while.
 
Base bat was taking damage from demon threats, and Bat never hit Garou. Bat can take a dragon via growing stronger than them, base bat isnt a dragon level threat though.
 
Human Garou can also be damaged by stronger Demon Lvl threats such as Royal Ripper and Bug God. Some Demon lvls are stronger than others not to mention they were using some kind of spores to weaken Metal Bat at the time. Base Metal Bat is likely capable of taking out weaker Dragon lvl threats but not the stronger ones like Carnage Kabuto or Elder Centipede.

Lol they literally only scale from him.

They just made him a little delirous, and we've never seen bat get to his fully powered up state where he could take a dragon, who's to say that the Garou wouldve even been able to hang with that level at the time?
 
Wouldn't it make sense that his last moment standing against Garou be his Dragon handling state? Especially considering that there's no way for him to be up after that? If he took any more damage he would be done for. So there would be no other power up or new form.

He was on death's door and had to be put out of commission after awhile and it's not just some pressure points.
 
He was already broken from the fight, and damaging himself. If you watch the fight you'd notice Garous attacks stomped making a dent and he was just no selling them.

Bat would had did considerable damage had 1 blow landed, Garou dodged and landed a bunch.

Bat is clearly physically superior.
 
Naturally he was gonna take out Garou. But Garou was also capable of harming him. Regardless of him taking damage or not, he was gonna get stronger and stronger the more damage he took. He was still able to deflect the damage after all, and Water Streaming Fist makes Garou stronger.

No doubt that Bat is superior, but Garou still had to deal with his very amped up form and the capacity to harm him. Garou would have to be able to harm him and Bat won't be able to no sell it. Otherwise, how does one explain Bat being knocked out?
 
Bat got knocked out because his sister showed up. He lost his fighting spirit and could no longer handle the damages he sustained. According the Murata any of (or just the last attack, forget which) would've killed Garou if they connected. Garou also mentioned that it was getting progressively more difficult to repel his attacks.
 
What Qawasedf234 Said. Bat already had multiple broken bones, but there's no reason bat should scale directly to thew strength of someone stronger than him. Not to mention he was defeated by two deamons, and had trouble with a bunch of A and B class heros.
 
Garou? I wouldn't say that he was defeated in a "legitmat" way. In the fight itself he was only hit twice, both mostly due to surprise. Right before the kid got kidnapped he even stated that he's fgured both of them out and he'll win the fight. It's only when he got distracted that he got overwhelmed.
 
He had superior technique, but i don't recall him ever harming Bug God, even hurt his hand, and he's only a demon level threat.
 
Bug God just has some really high durability that's all. Royal Ripper's attacks which could hurt Garou didn't even faze Bug God when repelled by Garou's Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist. Also I only remember Garou hurting his hand when he used a normal punch against Bug God. He didn't use the WSRSF against Bug God because he was busy fending off Royal Ripper at the same time.
 
Well Garou was also confident that he could still beat them. So I'm not really sure if we can take that statement at face value.
 
Just put all three at "At least 7-C Possibly High 7-C"
 
In the webcomic he defeated Overgrown Rover and the Manga implies that he's a Dragon level durability wise at least.
 
that was off screen, and was retconned regardless. And how does he have dragon level durability when he's been damaged by demon level fighters?

Rover was post-Monsterization and during that fight and the next one he was constantly getting stronger and stronger.
 
Garou took dozens of his energy blasts and had enough stamina to fight Orochi right after.AP wise he isn't up there right now, but durability wise he should easily be in the High 7-C area.
 
I think they should probably be Likely High 7-C instead. Royal Ripper and Bug God can damage Garou who has High 7-C durability. And Garou can parry their attacks and take them both on at the same time.
 
Sure and it took all of her strength to do so. Garou took dozens then fought an even stronger monster right after.

Sure, but attacks build up damage wise overtime and even against Orochi Garou was dead center in his beams and survived. Which is why I think the "At least 7-C Possibly High 7-C" works for his pre-partial monster state and later on when he hurts Darkshine he should just be normally High 7-C
