7-C vs 7-C with Low 7-B Dura.

Speed is equalized.

Everything is unrestricted.

Nether side has any knowledge about the other. They are however told one thing. One touch from their opponent means defeat.

The battle takes place on a beach.

Obito’s Kamui movement will be problematic for Shiggy since it’ll allow him to take him by surprise but Shigaraki’s decay wave might take Obito by surprise since he’d presume it’s one touch. Obito should be able to win but his main move is to catch the opponent with his chains which will backfire on him because Shigaraki can decay them and that will spread to Obito and kill him.

Doesn’t he have to activate that beforehand like Danzo did? Plus if he Genjutsu’s Shigaraki AFO then takes over and wind since he actually knows how to use all these powers

Bee didn't get caught in IT since his glasses blocked out the light, but he did get caught in Sasukes genjutsu.

My guess for how this battle would turn out:

1) Tomura disintegrates the ground, forcing Obito to teleport to his Kamui dimension.

2) Obito teleports back out behind Tomura's head - Tomura becomes aware of this via his Search Quirk.

3) Either he reacts in time to blast Obito away with a shockwave, touches him and distintegrates him, or dodges out of the way.

4) Battle repeats like this until there's a winner.

Obito's advantage is that he has two ways of dealing with Tomura's attacks; phasing and teleporting. Tomura's main advantage is that Obito needs to get in close-range to teleport him, so he has a chance to decay Obito with just a touch, or by touching the ground he walks on.

We don't even know if this version of Obito has a spare Sharingan at this point.

So I doubt Obito would throw away the only eye we know he has for a shot at Izanagi.

Why would he try a move that’s already failed?

Because Genjutsu doesn’t require the recipient to have chakra.
