tbh i'm probably better in that regard, even though my Micheal isn't the literal defintion of NLF because yobo diabled that, it's still FAR stronger than anyone elses attacks so far

Having some people be hypersonic and some MFTL and some 4-C and others 9-B doesn't really work

Just set a tier / speed for the game.

i'm pretty sure the default is 10-B for everyone, and swathing can boost to 9-B via getter energy

So having just telepathy would basically let you say "hey, come help" and nothing else I guess.

that was something i brought up earlier, which is that a LOT of powers are treated as one but act like several, like that for example.

isn't everyone normal human in speed for now? It's just the abilities that are AP based if they are AP types of attacks. I would have specified that I wanted tsukihime but I thought u had to get powers from the whole verse and not a specific series within it.
