How many times does this need to be explained for visual genjutsu like Itachi's the enemy does not need to have chakra because the genjutsu inputs chakra from the user into the eyes of the target,

also this isnt a stomp, Saitama can littlery kill Itachi by creating mearly shockwaves, but giving itachi prep makes this far more deciesive

Believe he's a S class Ninja? Itachi never underestimated an enemy or at least I don't remember. Maybe he use Genjutsu right of the bat like maybe Izanami.

Saitama isn't really someone that will train super hard to fight Itachi, his likely going to punch a crow clone and think he one-shotted the person only for Itachi to trap inside a genjutsu, rendering him incapacitated.. I'm not sure if itachi can kill Saitama though but he could possibly seal him via totsuka blade or leave him there forever while being burnt by Amaterasu.
