I think giving him an 'At least ____ likely far higher' rating makes most sense.

Saitama far upscales from Garou that it's not even funny. Giving him baseline 5-B is an extreme lowball, as the gap between Garou's value and baseline is only ~1.5x. No one that's only 1.5x stronger than someone else can completely no-sell attacks the way Saitama did.

Not really tbh. There is no definitive number for upscaling even though there really should be one, so saying that 1.5x is a lowball or even a highball is kinda just arbitrary.

I don't think the ship calc would change Boros' speed, so I guess we make the changes.

Iaian > Boros.
 
I was just about to talk about that.

I think we could somewhat scale him to PPP while fully fused (his blows didn't move him all that much, and he at least caused PPP to struggle with just 2 beings fused) or calculate him crushing Iaian's helmet.

I feel like it’d be weird to just have 2/3 of Boros’ generals, but I’m fine with deleting it if everyone else is.

It’s not like that statement that may or may not put him above Geryuganshoop is gonna get translated any time soon lel

Any it's not like anyone scales to Groribas other than like, Boros or Saitama I guess
 
Then we'll have to get a calc of the Helmet crush. I doubt it'll even get Class 25.
 
I've always thought that justification was stupid. We don't even know if he was anywhere near as powerful as he is currently when Geryu was alive.
 
We don't get lifting strength from sending people flying with kicks and punches anymore.
 
Btw I noticed some changes were unanimously agreed on in the last thread but not applied. I can implement them all but I want to verify if that’s fine.

  • Vaccine Man - No feats, so an Unknown rating
  • Beefcake - Has a Class M and Supersonic+ calc to replace the baseless scaling
  • Carnage Kabuto - His speed would go down to “At least High Hypersonic+“ for blitzing Post-Alien Conqueror Arc Genos
  • Bakuzan - Just scale him to Choze and Suiryu
  • Evil Natural Water - Just scale his blasts to Iaian, who had difficulty reacting to them, and downgrade Child Emperor.
  • Fuhrer Ugly - No downgrade but remove the “As a Dragon level threat, he should be superior to the likes of Royal Ripper” line and the circular scaling.
  • Phoenix Man - Place his first form's speed and lifting strength as Unknown (he should still have enough justification to put him above in-training Saitama, though), and just remove a couple lines from his other forms.
  • Demonic Fan - Unknown movement speed but scale its Attack Speed to Fubuki
  • Jumping Spider - Ditch the “superior to Kombu Infinity” line.
  • Royal Ripper: Unknown LS.

Atomic Samurai had some difficulty and some damage from ENW. So I think we're scaling them in another thread.
