That's something I guess. But this is Ugly before he transformed and who failed to do critical damaged to Sweet Mask despite multiple hits and Mask being incapable of fighting back.

Garou was heavily injured and poisoned. When I brought this up previously it was dismissed that Genos doesn't prevent Garou from being 7-B, so the reverse is also true that Garou doesn't make Genos 7-B
Genos breaks EC's tooth.
Breaking a single tooth with an enormous amount of effort is not a reason to scale Genos up. Especially when his next attack which burned EC's internal organs also failed to do anything.
Barring new feats in the Manga I think the most he should get is just a "likely higher" or "possibly 7-B" rating.

1. Still a dragon level threat far above Choze. Sweet Mask is a tank, he can take a ridiculous amount of punishment and be fine, as we saw he was still mostly fine at the end of the battle.
2. Yeah he was destroyed but he survived was my point. Black Sperm nearly did Atomic in with one punch from the smaller clones and Genos is taking hits from several of them.
3. Fair.
4. I don't see how it being an emormous amount of effort means anything. Inflicting superficial damage to a far stronger character is still a good feat. Especially when said character has effortlessly tanked most attacks beforehand. I think all of this is enough for a possible 7-B rating on a new key.

Look at Metal Bat attacking EC's face, and compare it to Genos attacking his face.
Genos does more damage, compared to Metal Bat, who is 7-B.
