Well I believe domi reversi might be > that pact, as it's Imu fully controlling and possessing xebex basically, making him fully bloodlusted tho Harald did still get stronger so I don't fully know, could be relative
Holy Knight Harald ~ domi reversi rocks? Don't think that contradicts anything as everyone got stronger after gv (meaning currently loki and above would be around xebec, young garp and Roger lvl)

He didn't show up because he knew that Depth and Abyss contract holders can be completely taken over by Imu at any time .... Also, isn't it quite interesting that the main power system of One Piece is "Devil" Fruits, and now here's Imu, basically making Devil contracts with people

Harald also recognised Shanks in the home of the celestial dragons, but Shanks couldn't explain why right then for obvious reasons.

And now we're FINALLY at the Loki's three minutes to explain why he had to kill Harold starts. Only took 17 chapters. At least we're almost back to the main Elbaph storyline with Robin and the rest of the Straw Hats.
And could Shamrock be the reason why Shanks never showed up? Did he warn him what happen if he got the Deep Sea Contract? It would be a lot more interesting if those two still had a good relationship despite their different ideologies instead of being typically turned into enemies.

1168 was amazing as a lore & character chapter. had Ida’s death is really sad, but it gave me one of my favorite panels from the Flashback arc.
The image of Hajrudin and Harald mourning Ida while Loki sits in silence while imprisoned was brutal. Loki can’t even cry after she died. In fact the last time I remembered him crying was after he jumped off the Adam Tree.

Oda usually never does colorspreads without the strawhats or Luffy within them, soo it will be interesting of Oda's approach in drawing them. Legendary Devil Fruit makes it seem like it's similar to Nika fruit but it can also possibly mean legendary in terms of abilities especially for a giant to have

Current Zoro can beat both Mihawk and Vista... He only needs to utilize his con haki more effectively and then both would definitely get overpowered especially if he somehow knows how to do KOH + Asura, so 9 sword style swords skills + KOH Attacking Power = gg
That video is also not "with proofs" at all

And no... He was defeated, which you'd need to overpower his own con haki with your own, which I think Loki was capable of, unless he needed help with other con haki users... Still Harald would be lower than Imu and Joyboy's haki. It also didn't even affect the giants around him
