One Piece new chapter spoilers thread

He was only able to lower his defences because Loki smacked him up when Harald went to attack him showing how much more powerful Loki has gotten in direct comparison to last chapter when this happened and they clashed evenly.
After Loki smacked him up the tattoo was destroyed and Harald was able to regain control which is when he lowered his defences and Loki went to town on him.
Loki was shown to be vastly superior to Harald this chapter after being shown to be relative last chapter.

This is obviously true. He's definitely stronger than God's Knight Harald, who himself should be significantly superior to base Harald and Rocks.
But I don't see a direct correlation of that with Gaban and Shanks' level of strength. They were handling Harald, Shanks didn't even want to kill him, ultimately I think it comes down to the critical mass of conqueror's haki (as with Rocks)
Loki's ACoC mass > critical mass required to kill Harald
While,
Shanks + Gaban's ACoC mass - Harald's ACoC mass < critical mass required to kill Harald

Haki gets stronger as you do. Loki, having eaten the fruit should have stronger Haki than before. Although that doesn't really mean that what RoyGundam said is true.

you have to remember Harald didn't use con haki whenever Loki killed him... Mass comes into effect if the other person is also using it, which harald didn't in the end as he became in control again

I don't think it does. Your willpower wouldn't grow all cause you end up hitting harder unless there's something tied to your willpower. This is regarding strictly hao though, buso is more loose

The joint effort of gaban, shanks and loki made him come back to his senses temporarily, where he isn't using con haki... That's how Loki defeated/killed him (easily overpowering the ability over Harald)

the reason for eating the fruit was for a strength increase... As harald was stronger than him and because harald was going to try and eat it... Why it had to be Loki was because of the future of Elbaph
Eating the fruit would've made harald basically impossible to kill as Jarul said

That would be like saying any of gods knight has Imu's Haki protecting them, which isn't the case

Ok… so I believe Loki unlocked his con haki by wearing it on his hammer against the squirrel… like Zoro did against King, hence Harald says that he is a con haki user after that moment (with also Loki currently in the story realizing how he’s able to damage god knights via Gaban)

The only thing Loki got, is that full power Loki > unguarded Harald, which overall currently doesn't say much… so we just gotta wait and see
