Raditz has enough AP that he can likely vaporize their physical body, which would be above what they can regenerate with their logia power.
I can only see Kizaru be able to regenerate due of be made of light instead of matter.

Greenbull literally stomped both Queen and King at the same time and then he fought the Nine Scabbards as was matching them easily, and even with Yamato and Dragon Momonosuke arriving he was still willing to keep fighting.
I'm pretty sure that would make him already stronger than any single Nine Scabbard, even Sulong Neko and we know that Fujitora = Greenbull.

They are Ancient Zoan which grant them more endurance and allow them to recover from injuries quicker, and Greenbull arrived a week after the Raid.
They have more than enough time to recover to their full strength, they were no longer heavely injured when they meet the admiral.
If Ulti after getting hit by Big Mom's attack could recover fast enough to fight Nami and Usopp, i don't see why the same can be apply with even stronger Zoan users.
He was clearly having the edge against all of them, he was still clearly holding back and haunting them as they couldn't do much.He was matching them...? He wasn't able to defeat any of them?
Only Yamato's attack and Dragon Momonosuke's flame had some meaningful affect to him, but he was still ready to fight all of them.
While you could argue that a full power Yamato or Momonosuke may had be able to defeat him, i don't think the same can be apply to any of the Nine Scabbards.
How? There is not way to know how much big its the multiplier for the Sulong and Sulong Cat and Dog still end up easily beaten by Base Kaido.

To a degree yes (even if its the AP boost to overpower them which matter more not bypass their Zoan recover) but its not like they permanently cripple their ability to recover.
Like while they were heavily injured sure, but look at Zoro and Luffy who were too a bad state if not worse they were able to recover quite quickly too.
So again, the notion of Queen and King still be like they were after the Raid which its why Greenbull could defeat them just doesn't work, even the Anime prove as we do see that they were already in good shape to put somewhat of a fight again the Admiral.

Oh I definitely think that Aramaki would mid diff (being generous) them both in a 1v2 even if they were fully healthy, I just don't subscribe to the idea that they recovered by any significant amount.
