This is what I'm hoping for. Remember how mad she got about Sanji getting attacked by Black Maria in Wano and Nami by S-Shark in Egghead? Now imagine how angry she gets if someone attacks Saul or just the Owl Library where the Ohara Books have been kept all this time.

The image/player doesn't seem legit tho on that page, this also has no backing... Inverse it's confirmed that bounty numbers doesn't directly refer to strength and titles doesn't mean you have the same strength as someone else who has/had the same title (Admirals + more)
This is only basic con haki usage, not advanced

I'm not fully sure tho, it could be scaling for either the anime or manga from what I've read... It is approved by Oda it seems Well... Unless it's like a stand alone thing/collab (make all the scaling invalid), I don't think there's any reason for deletion

As in just because 100 out of 150 people want the dragon ball page deleted, it can just be deleted just like that just because people want it deleted?

There ultimately need to be reasons for deletion. Both sides, in this case, have had their votes backed up by arguments.
I could drag this out, wait for staff votes and the like, but given how this is a newly-made profile, which faced contention last time, and didn't have a CRT or anything supporting its creation, I think it's fair to kick it out until the creator passes a CRT justifying it.
