Well tbf, this could be relevant in the future.
Solely for the fact that he and Sabo were near Kobra and the dude just suddenly died, he may have carried out an... Damn what's the word.
A hit or something. Y'know, assassination.
Then Sabo fought Lucci.
Cause we don't really see anything that suggests he went near the Admirals or fought them, and one bandage on his nose is pretty minor considering who he would have been up against if he did fight them.
Or better yet Wapol fought hordes of CP0 members like this
 
Cover page is super cute

Revolutionary Army captains might look like they are dorks, but they're clearly no pushovers. Morley and Karasu were effortlessly 1v1ing Admirals (Of course, they did have the location advantage, but it's still significant IMO)

Very interesting discussion about how people are likely to view any news through their personal biases and jump to the wrong conclusions with insufficient information, as shown by how the fake news about Sabo assassinating Cobra ended up benefiting Sabo and the Revolutionaries instead because most people in the world are governed by terrible and despotic rulers (Dragon mentions how Cobra was one of the exceptions but that kind of nuance is easily lost on people)

And finally, Sabo is super dedicated to the cause. He's surprisingly cold-hearted and unbothered about Cobra's death, basically saying it was for the best if it inspires more people to join the revolution. Of course, it makes sense considering he didn't really have a reason to care about Cobra, but it's still a surprising viewpoint for someone on the "good" side of the narrative in a Shonen manga

So while it would make sense, and we know that they have a kind of relationship from the past, it probably didn't happen.

So Karasu has the soot logia which he uses to make soot crows. And the way he uses his fruit is actually so freaking cool.
