Ogon Seishi should be in the "Above Dragon" section

It's just strange how Orochi is an "Above Dragon" while Ogon Seishi, a monster of the same tier, is a "Dragon".

I can accept that Rover is considered as a big dog by Saitama so he held back a lot but with the fact that Orochi die in 1 punch, he is no stronger than the Pluton, king of the underworld.

how the **** does this equate to golden sperm=orochi

and furthermore, unlike the boros vs garou situation, murata said this, not ONE, so we shouldnt even take it that seriously. murata also said that orochi could tank several normal punches from saitama but it turns out saitama can one shot him with a normal punch.
