Apparently, Obito is Country Level at most according to his profile. Toneri has the outright power advantage, and a very big one at that.

i give it to toneri,

juubito showed a powerful attack only thanks to the god-tree and 4 bijuudamas at the same time..

he also loses his kamui powers so toneri could win IF his attacks are able to hurt juubito, you need senjutsu for doing this ^_^

Possibly. I don't remember him having Kamui as six paths. I also don't remember him having any particular haxx sans TSB (idk if this version had it, but most likely) but Toneri also had it.

I think Toneri could damage Obito here as his Tenseigan looked to be some sort of sage chakra as well (Hamura side iirc), also, chakra drain.
