Caesar is at the AP and dura disadvantage and but he’s smarter than Jiro. Of course the one fight we saw Caesar in (that wasn’t a stomp) was pretty much him rang spamming bubbles so I think Kyoka can take this.
She’s got better AP and she can keep her sound waves up to negate his bubbles and stun him by damaging his ears. She can also destroy the ground if need be to mess up his footing.
