Also I was expecting more bubble use since that's Caesar's main ranged options

yeah he just needs to hit her with hamon to induce unconsciousness or just straight up total organ failure and his bubbles literally cant exist without hamon, its what holds them together

then i guess its ceasar playing hide and seek with organs lol, no clue how that goes but he does have good mobility options with acrobatics and hamon wall clinging + range with bubbles so she cant just go up into the air

I'm not sure if he really has too many anti-stealth feats or Enhanced Senses but Lizardy doesn't have Stealth Mastery either
