Not sure what can come out from this: The Elder God VS Oracle

>likely far higher via sheer size (It physically cover all Nosgoth and can create small earthquakes across the continent)

Bruh. That's way above City Block level.

Yeah, but in-verse you can only fight a fraction of itself, reason why Kain defeated it; can't use its whole body while fighting.

Creating earthquakes across a continent through physical attacks would scale to general durability

Welp, he cover all Nosgoth's underground, he could be Country/Continent/Multi-Continent (some times Nosgoth is refered as a country, other times as the planet) but only with his whole body, can't be that strong with only a fraction of its body, so only scaled it from almost destroying the Vampire Citadel in the last stance.

Causing earthquakes across an entire continent with physical attacks in and of itself is a tier 6 feat my dude

I'm not sure if it counts if is a part of your body, the same part of the body (tier via sheer size and similar); and considering that one part of its body was defeated by Kain (that isn't definetively not Continent level, the EG was planning to trap him inside the collapsed citadel and there's no literally other feat of the same magnitude) I doubt just a fraction of him is that strong. Inb4 this turns into a revision, that isn't actually that bad.
