Noble Six's loadout here is my personal loadout I used in Reach(Armor Lock, Sniper Rifle and Energy Sword.).

Terminator is in his first key.

Both at 9-A.

Speed Equalized.

Edit: Changed it to his second key to make it a little bit more fair.

Edit 2: Key 2 for Terminator has Low-High regen apparently. So back to key 1.

I really doubt it. Everytime I see the Fuel Rod Cannon hit something, it only blows it the **** up.

I'd give this to Noble 6. Considering that peak humans like John Connor could arguably take down a T-800, I reckon Noble 6 should be able to around 7/10 times.
