While Madara does have a few different abilities than Kaguya aka Limbo Clones and multiple TSB. He's weaker than her and Mega Man's Time Stop isn't banned like is was in his Fight with Kaguya.

So yeah this seem kinda stompish to me.

Honestly, Madara would do better than Kaguya if Time Stop was banned imo. He has more smarts going for him in this matchup while Kaguya would try to power through Mega Man, who is stronger than she is.

Madara still loses, and pretty badly at that, but he honestly gives a better fight IMO
