On Tesla's profile it directly says this with the reference linked on his profile:

Plasma Pulse Punch Moebius (PPP∞): Tesla releases an unrelenting barrage of stored-energy punches, releasing wild electricity. This attack was used to put pressure on Beelzebub’s vibration barrier. This barrage was regarded as fast by Sasaki Kojiro after his fight with Poseidon, as well as Okita Souji claiming he could not see any gap between the thrusts and pulls of his punches.

Therefore this specific attack should be FTL like Sasaki Kojiro himself is post his fight with Poseidon.

Idk, him saying it's fast doesn't enceserally mean it's faster than himself (also I have some gripes with Kojiro's FTL rating but that's a story for another thread)

I'm not saying it's faster than he is, just that it should be at least comparable to him.

It doesn't necessarily work like that. It may even be several times slower than it, but still fast compared to what it was.

That's the least charitable interpretation you could make of it. If Kojiro of all people says it's fast then he's not blowing smoke up his own ass or anyone else's.
