Void Dragon. He can "live" in a state of shards.
i don't know

from what i just now read in nicol bolas i think he has this one.

he was able to beat a person who could control time over the entire multiverse (how do you **** up so bad with the power to control time in multiverse? by the way)

also im pritty sure those shards could get destoried as well.

and Nicol Bolas surived a multiverse colapse.

so he has him in endurance and power.

i dabble a bit in warhammer but know nothing about Magic the gathering but just from reading the profiles i think

Nicol bolas has this

<looks at thread date> woops....

I have a few questions before I count by vote.

How does Void Dragon Casuality Manipulation work? Complete resistance to many means of harm, can I have context on this?

I know alot about magic, not so much about warhammer I would like to know this before I vote one way or the other Although I think no matter what, this would be a very close match.

Ok. But full Void Dragon is on the 1-C tier.

I hate how people forget how one of Nicol Bolas's greatest strenghths is his ability to cast almost half of all spells in existence. He can use all 5 (maybe colorless too?) colors of mana (see Conflux), which allows him to cast....

Cancel. Cancel can stop pretty much any shenanigan his opponents have. If its an ability, he can use trickbind instead. His counter magic is crazy strong and at almost no cost.

@Drjeanstory Bolas has countermagic and dura negation, but that isn't really going to help him much if his opponent can mess with the fabric of reality on a superior level than him. That's barring the fact that interpreting playing cards and vague art as feats is dubious evidence at best.

That said even if we somehow take every spell in magic's history for account, I can't see Bolas getting past casuality manipulation, so my vote's for the giant freindly mechanical dragon.

I will go with inconclusive

Void Dragon has better ability, while nicol bolas is better with individual powers/hax.

I dont think they can kill eachother, so I will just toss it up to inconclusive for now.

@Dargoo Faust

Upon inspection, I realized that many of the mtg cards are meant more for war then for one on one battles.

However, I'm not sure where this "Fabric of Space Manipulation" is coming from. If you could direct me to a source where it shows that I would be happy to support the void memes in this battle.

Ok, a Shard of the Void Dragon can throw out its enemies so what would stop the Shard from throwing Bolas outside dimensional space? Bolas is not able to survive in the outer void. So the Shard wins.

In truth, she could not even think in terms of directions, for this space appeared to be dimensionless. She had no sensation of up or down and no sense of the passage of time. Had she been here for long?" - Mechanicum

Welp, it's nice to see someone like Emprah or Void dragon can find comparable opponent in Tier 4.
Even Azzy had in my thread inconclusive against the emperor (albeit he leant to him) Nicol Bolas is probably the most powerful 4-A I know of.
