Qawsedf234 and Crabwhale are very calm, level-headed, objective and reliable and they'd be of great help. Schnee One is a really cool guy and the time and effort he spends on versus threads is exceptional. No wonder he will take a lot of load off our shoulders by keeping them civil, polite and peaceful.
Skalt711 and Starter Pack are really very helpful and resposible when it comes to anything image related and managing the additions of versus threads into profiles, respectively. The are great additions to the team.
DarkDragonMedeus, Dargoo Faust, Andytrenom and Wokista are really great guys. They are hardworking, helpful, responsible, polite, friendly and have good logical reasoning and decision making abilities. They are always ready to help out wherever they can, whenever they can. And I have no doubt they'll be great admins.
Andytrenom and Wokista are also very good when it comes to making important decisions. Their judgements are generally rather good about almost anything they are contributing to. And I'm sure they'll fill Kal's shoes as great HR group members.

The other staff members take a vote based on how much you help with the in-wiki work, profiles, and projects. Depending on what you excel with, you're likely going to be initially a Discussion Mod or a Content Mod before being promoted to Administrator.
