You're being disrespectful to the Staff you want to join and presuming that becoming Staff is a right instead of a priveledge. Many users who have done far more than you have yet to become Staff. This isn't something you can just waltz into; if you truly do want to become Staff in the far future you need to seriously change your mindset.
