I think only Demon Meliodas and above. Normal Meliodas can be matched by mini Diane and Red Demon Hendrickson.
As for the Arthur thing, let's wait a little, but I'm pretty sure Chaos is capable of travelling interstellar distances anyway and scales to Ludoshel.

I don't recall Hendrickson being weakened by Elizabeth's Goddess Magic, but really doesn't matter Meliodas eventually scales to Diane

His skin was cracked, Goddess magic destroys darkness particles, and even a non-rage amped Demon Meliodas was capable of harming him despite having a power level 1,100 points behind.

Meliodas has the same power level in season 2. So only Demon, Post-Danafor, and beyond should scale.

Base Meliodas with Lostvayne in season 2 should scale aswell due to effortlessly beating up an Albion who should be as strong as Grey demon Hendrickson

That was because her ability to manipulate earth was amplified in the same way that Gilthunder can generate larger thunderbolts, so she can lift larger amounts of earth.

Edit: I saw the anime scene, and it's really weird. This not only doesn't happen in the manga (just like a lot of stuff that's changed in NNT), but the proportions are terrible.
This doesn't even seem translatable to lifting strength.
Also, I've done the Ground Gladius calc.
