Giorno's Attack Reflection can't reflect his animals being turned into dinos, right? Or will the change in their bodies insta-kill Diego? Alternatively Diego could notice this by letting his dinos attack Giorno (or his horse, but he never used that. However given that it's on his equipment I don't see him leaving it).

since he has to scratch the animals to turn them, it should reflect the damage but maybe not the infection

Since the animals can't reflect the infection, they'll turn into dinosaur and attack Giorno.

Diego scratches the animals and turns them into dinosaurs. He gets some cool scars in the process, but that's fine. The dinofied animals attack Giorno and he likely can't turn them back now. He can then use GE to give them sensory overload, but he'll need to attack the whole lot of them as well as Diego. Diego can also skirt around Giorno with his high movement speed and eventually win after overwhelming Giorno. Giorno also can't likely give him sensory overload as Scary Monsters is a full body Stand and SO doesn't work on Stands.

Speed unequal is fine. GE and Giorno's reactions are still MFTL.

Touch or scratch. Attack reflection doesn't come into play. And if Diego turns Giorno's animals into hostile dinosaurs, he won't be able to turn them back. So he'll need to deal with dinosaurs and Diego at the same time.
